Research & Publications

Materials and how the brain works are 2 areas that have always fascinated me. In pursuit of doing research related to my interest areas, I landed at Virginia Commonwealth University’s Biomagnetics lab, where my work eventually led to my first research paper.

About Me

My name is Sanaya Bothra, and I am a high school student at Maggie L. Walker Governor’s School in Richmond, Virginia. In addition to my academic interests, I serve as a treasurer for the Model UN club, I am a passionate violist in my school, and I consistently find ways to give back to the community through volunteering (at the Science Museum, Autism Society, or via fundraising).
